You can stop holding your breath for Michelle Tanner's arrival on Fuller House, at least that is what Jodie Sweetin thinks.

Sweetin broke the news to Entertainment Tonight at the Kuba and the Two Strings premiere on Aug. 15, that the cast of Netflix's Fuller House has given up hope for a Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen appearance on the hit series.

"We've tried everything," Sweetin says. "I think we've kinda given up."

The Olsen twins famously divided the part of Michelle Tanner on the '90s series, Full House, which had Sweetin play the role of their fictional sister, Stephanie Tanner.

Fans have been optimistic about an Olsen twin cameo since the nostalgia-packed show hit the steaming service in February. There were even several references to their famous character throughout the inaugural season of the show.

Netflix Chief Content Officer, Ted Sarandos, disclosed at last year's TCA fall preview panel that the Olsen sisters had been contemplating on whether or not they should surface on the Full House descendant series. They ultimately turned down the offer to focus on their fashion brand.

But without Michelle, will the show still carry on? You got it dude!

The second season has already been announced after a triumphant first; filming is currently underway.
