Since politics is on just about everyone’s minds these days the Teen Choice Awards decided to get in on the campaign action by holding an election decided by those who are not actually old enough to vote yet.

People noted that the award show held its own vote for those underage to give them a voice. While their votes cannot be counted in this year's official election, they were tallied and counted for the show and revealed during the broadcast. The practice hopes to prepare young people to get out and vote in the U.S. elections when they reach the 18.

Of course this year’s nominees are Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump so John Cena and Victoria Justice went all out and dressed as the candidates. Cena was decked out as Clinton in a pink pantsuit and Justice did her best Trump I impersonation while wearing a business suit and red tie.

Also on stage with them was Keegan-Michael Key, who did his spot-on impression of Barack Obama.

So who did the teens end up choosing as Obama's successor? Well if they had it their way Hillary Clinton would be the next President of the United States.

We’ll have to wait till November to see if the rest of America agrees with them.
