Vin Diesel posted a pic on Instagram of himself with Helen Mirren on the set of Fast 8.
"Such a joy and an honor working with Helen Miren," Diesel wrote.
Mirren joined the Fast 8 family that is made up of Diesel, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Lucas Black, Kurt Russell, Jason Statham, Scott Eastwood and Charlize Theron to round out the ensemble cast.

F. Gary Gray, director of Straight Outta Compton and Friday, also directs the eighth installment of this ninth highest-grossing movie franchise of all time. Furious 7, directed by James Wan of Saw, Insidious and The Conjuring fame, was the peak of the franchise. It made over $1.5 billion in the box office, good enough for the sixth highest-grossing film of all time.
Mirren will next be seen opposite Will Smith and Keira Knightley in Collateral Beauty on Dec. 16.
