WWE has suspended three of its superstars within the last 48 hours for the same violation.
The Wrap reported that Total Divas stars Eva Marie, whose real name is Natalie Coyle and Paige, whose real name is Saraya-Jade Bevis, have been suspended for violating the organization's wellness policy. Paige's boyfriend, superstar Alberto Del Rio, whose real name is Jose Rodriguez, was also hit with a 30-day suspension just like the ladies, for the same exact violation.
Paige and Del Rio suspensions were announced the day before Eva Marie received hers.
"WWE has suspended Saraya-Jade Bevis (Paige) and Jose Rodriguez (Alberto Del Rio) each for 30 days effective tomorrow, August 18, for a first violation of the company’s talent wellness policy," a statement on its website read.
Eva Marie was scheduled to compete in WWE's upcoming SummerSlam. A replacement for the red-headed vixen has not yet been announced.
Season six of Total Divas is set to premiere this fall as well as its spinoff Total Bellas, which will feature Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, John Cena and Daniel Bryan.
