Amber Rose has announced that she will be taking over the Loveline franchise that is set to relaunch.
Muva considers herself the perfect host for the job as she has never shied away from talking about sex and relationships. The topics have even been discussed many times on her talk show. She will, however, be joined by an actual doctor when the podcast begins airing. Dr. Chris Donaghue, doctor of clinical sexology and human sexuality, who is featured on Rose’s VH1 show, will co-host Loveline with her.
“This is just really up my alley, being a feminist and being very sex positive,” Rose said about the new gig. “I’m very open with my sexuality. I don’t hold anything back, I’m not judgmental, and there’s really nothing that anyone can call in and say that I probably haven’t heard already. So, you know, call my show and I’m there with open arms!”
In addition to the new podcast, the 32-year-old has been keeping herself very busy lately as she has also been rehearsing for her upcoming appearance on Dancing With the Stars alongside partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
The Loveline program first debuted back in the ‘80s and featured hosts Dr. Drew Pinsky, Adam Carolla and Mike Catherwood. The show ended its run on CBS Radio’s KROQ last April.
Loveline With Amber Rose will air on Thursdays beginning on Sept. 8 and can be heard on LovelineWithAmberRose.com and iTunes. It can viewed on Play.It as well as YouTube.
