Day 86 in the Big Brother house and the HOH competition is still going on. It is the endurance competition where they have to slide back and forth to fill up their bucket with butter to get the HOH ball. The HG have the option to fill up a smaller bowl to get a larger scooper. We flashback to before the competition where Nicole/Corey are debating breaking their Final Four alliance. They would need to make sure they have James on their side and make a deal with him. Interesting game move. First they need the HOH.
The HOH competition continues and I personally would like to see Paul or James win. Paul and Nicole are going for the larger scooper while Corey is flying through this competition. 30 minutes into the competition and Paul is having problems staying on his feet. I admit it is pretty amusing watching the HG slip and fall. Victor is getting a kick out of watching them all. Nicole fills up the smaller bowl and gets the large scooper but it doesn’t matter since Corey absolutely dominates the competition and wins HOH. (His second HOH of the season). It will be interesting to see what he/Nicole decide to do.
James is feeling sad since Natalie is gone. He claims he feels like he is going through a breakup. We flashback to James and Natalie patching things before the live eviction. It seems that they have worked things out and I could see them having a relationship outside of the house. It is time for James to focus on the game.
Corey pranks Nicole with some salt water, but it quickly backfires as she spits all over him. We also visit Corey’s HOH room and find out that he is a major Taylor Swift fan and he wants to be on her squad. It seems like they are debating breaking the Final Four alliance. They are leaning towards nominating Paul and Victor. It is a good strategic move but I do like Paul and Victor. They need to make sure that James is on their side. Nicole does feel guilty about turning on them. Nicole, this is the SECOND season you have played Big Brother. She should know this part of the game.
Paul’s commentary on watching Victor being on a mission to win Nicole’s heart is pretty entertaining. I feel she is all about Corey. I know Paul and Victor are going to be upset when they are nominated. Paul hints that it could happen while Victor seems to feel 100% safe. Victor doesn’t think James would come after them.
Nicole and Corey are noticing how empty the house is with only five of them left. They are watching the HOH TV and they are happy to see James come upstairs and talk with them. It seems they have decided to work with James. It could be the end of the Final Four. Later, Paul comes up to the HOH room and they lie to him and tell him that the plan is to take out James and one of them goes up as a pawn. Paul leaves and Nicole knows about upset they will be about being nominated and what they will do all week to mess with them.
Corey can’t sleep the night before nominations and decides to clean the entire kitchen. It is quickly time for the Nomination Ceremony. Decision time for Corey. Everyone feels safe so somebody is going to be upset. Victor goes up first, which looks expected. The shocking moment when Paul goes up next. Paul/Victor look shocked. Corey explains his reason for this strategic move and ends it this quote. “Mama didn’t raise no bitch.” That could be the quote of the season so far. The POV competition is going to be intense this week. Corey finally making a big move. James is hoping to slide under the radar while the other four battle each other.
Who will win the Power of Veto? Will they use it to save Victor or Paul from eviction?
Tune in Tuesday night at 8 p.m. on CBS!
