Mel Gibson is going to be a father for the ninth time. His girlfriend, Rosalind Ross, is expecting their first child together.
The 60-year-old actor is reportedly excited to have another child, according to People. A source close to the couple said, “Mel and Rose are so excited about the baby.”
People also reported the same source said Mel enjoyed being a father and that the past two years with Ross were “some of his happiest years he’s ever had.”
Ross, who is 26, is a writer and at one time, she was an equestrian vaulter.
Gibson has been having success of his own with Hacksaw Ridge, which he directed and is set for release on Nov. 4. It has been getting Oscar buzz since it came out on Sept. 4 at the Venice Film Festival.
