The king of the pool proved that when he transformed himself into rapper Eminem on the Sunday, Sept. 11, episode of Lip Sync Battle.
Phelps dressed the part from Slim Shady's movie 8 Mile and the "Lose Yourself" video when he took the stage for one killer performance. At the end he simply dropped the mic and the crowd went nuts.
The song choice of only getting one shot and one opportunity to seize everything you want was a fitting one for the athlete who has wowed us over and over by winning again and again when he needed to.
The most decorated Olympian of all time was up against some fierce competition on Lip Sync Battle: All Stars Live including the likes of Terry Crews; Olivia Munn, who brought out gold medal gymnasts Aly Raisman and Simone Biles, for her performance and John Legend, who shared the stage with Stevie Wonder for his battle. But in the end, by the crowd's vote, Phelps came out victorious like he has so many times before.
