I don't know about you, but my DVR is jam-packed with returning shows starting up and new shows to try. While many of us are still raw from some brutal rounds of cancellations, hopefully some of these new shows will sufficiently bandage the wounds.

Without further ado, here's what's new tonight:

Starting over on ABC, we have new episodes of The Goldbergs, blackish and Modern Family. Premiering tonight is the new Minnie Driver sitcom Speechless. Mom, Maya DiMeo with her husband,  Jimmy (John Ross Bowie, Big Bang Theory) are in search of a place for their son JJ who has cerebral palsy, to find his voice.

ABC tonight also brings Kiefer Sutherland back to prime time with his new show Designated Survivor, a conspiracy thriller. Sutherland plays Tom Kirkman, a lower-level cabinet member who unexpectedly becomes president after a devastating attack on Washington.

CBS has a night jam-packed with reality. Starting with the 90-minute premiere of Survivor, we get a fierce battle in Millennials Vs. Gen X. Even if you haven't watched since Richard Hatch was on the first time, this season may truly show us if millennials have what it takes to survive without power and wifi.

It's all new in the Big Brother 18 house tonight as well. If you've been off the grid, you can catch up with our weekly recaps.

The CW is pretty quiet tonight with a repeat of Penn & Teller and a new episode of the classic show Whose Line Is It Anyway? with guest star Jonathan Mangum. While you're there, make sure you update your DVR to catch Supergirl on it's new channel!

FOX is all new with the premiere of Lethal Weapon starring Damon Wayans and Clayne Crawford, and is based on the theatrical films of the same name which starred Mel Gibson and Danny Glover. After that comes the highly anticipated return of hit drama Empire.

NBC is all new as well with episode 2 of Blindspot, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Chicago PD all of which prove it's never too late to catch an NBC drama.

USA Network has a new episode of Emmy winning Mr. Robot.

Food Network has new episodes of Worst Cooks in America (celebrity edition) and the Camp Cutthroat Finale: The Great Out S'mores.
