'The Voice' judge Miley Cyrus is taking a break while Gwen Stefani and Alicia Keys return to the show.

Miley Cyrus will currently be taking a short break from The Voice. She will return in season 13 from her hiatus. While this star might be saying goodbye for now, that doesn't mean that The Voice has nothing left up their sleeves. In her absence, Gwen Stefani and Alicia Keys will be returning as judges on the show for season 12.

According to Billboard, Paul Telegdy, President of Alternative and Reality Group for NBC Entertainment, said "We can't wait to experience the unique chemistry and energy Gwen, Alicia, Blake and Adam will bring to season 12. With Miley returning for Season 13, we're truly ecstatic about the unmatched musical know-how and talent coming together in our coming seasons."

They will be joining Adam Levine and Blake Shelton in the spring of 2017. This new season will begin in February while Cyrus will make her return in the fall. Viewers should prepare to watch the stars battle it out as they compete to win on the brand new season.
