When a man who was aiding a couple in trying to rescue their son from kidnappers is killed, the team must investigate. However, they run into issues with the FBI since they will allow NCIS to capture the murderer but getting the hostage is not their focus.
Tammy sees firsthand what the team does and how they do their own thing in order to bring the kidnapping victim home. We don’t know how she will fare with the team at the moment, but it is clear she has a lot to learn about our loveable team.
This episode showed how two different agencies can clash on how to go about concluding a case, which is an interesting thing to see. How will the dynamic between Tammy and the rest of the team continue to change and develop?
