On this week’s Big Bang Theory, Amy and Sheldon are still adjusting to living together. Amy refuses to let Sheldon schedule her bathroom breaks and Sheldon doesn’t want their toothbrushes in the same holder. The thought of Amy asking to do such a thing makes him request to see other people. Penny and Leonard decide to separate them so they can cool off as they don’t want Sheldon moving back in.

Sheldon complains to Penny about what it is like living with Amy and Penny realizes that Leonard does many of the same things. They arrive at the ice cream parlor where Penny  discovers that Sheldon doesn’t really want to see anyone else. He reveals that when he was thirteen, he walked in on his father having relations with another woman. He explains that this is why he always knocks three times. Once is customary and then the next two is for them to get their pants on. He is worried that he will hurt Amy in the same way since they are bickering like his parents did.

Back at the apartment, Amy starts feeling like giving up, but Leonard points out how much she has been able to change Sheldon. Now, Sheldon doesn’t Purell his pocket change and he puts his gloves in places other than the glove compartment. Amy decides she is going to stand up for herself. She decides to sit in Sheldon’s spot to see what it is like, but quickly moves over when he comes in.

Sheldon apologizes to Amy and says he will forgo the bathroom schedule. He also tells her he is ready to bring their relationship to the next level. This means he will share a toothbrush holder with her.

Meanwhile, Bernadette and Howard decide to vacation at home instead of their planned trip since Bernadette is still experiencing morning sickness. They decide that they won’t tell anyone.

While at home enjoying their staycation, they hear someone enter their house. After being alarmed, they realize that it is just Stuart who is using their hot tub assuming they are away. They watch Stuart from the window, pondering if they should say something. That is when the porch light goes on, making Stuart hide under the water. It turns out to be Raj who also came over to use the hot tub. After getting in, Stuart startles him when he pops up from under the water. They decide to share the hot tub and they treat themselves to some champagne.

While eavesdropping, they learn that Raj is now single. They are a little hurt that he didn’t tell them. Eventually, Raj thinks it is time to call it a night. He exits the hot tub, but Stuart doesn't follow. He tells him that he is not wearing a bathing suit. This causes Howard to open up the window and surprise his unwanted house guests by yelling at them to get their own hot tub.

Next week, The Big Bang Theory will be moving to Thursday's, its new night.
