One week after the infamous video of Donald Trump making crude comments to Billy Bush about Nancy O'Dell was leaked, news broke that the Entertainment Tonight host has separated from her husband of 11 years.
People, as well as several other media outlets, have reported that sources confirmed O'Dell filed for separation from business executive Keith Zubchevich in September, which was before the Access Hollywood video was made public. Therefore, as the Daily Mail noted, an insider said that the leaked tape had absolutely "nothing to do with" their separation.
“Nancy filed for legal separation in early September. It’s very amicable and they talk every day. Their main priority is their three children,” the source said.
As for the remarks made about her in the video, O'Dell addressed the matter by saying, “I released a statement on Saturday and I truly mean what I said. There is no room for objectification of women, or anybody for that matter, not even in the ‘locker room.’ The conversation has got to change because everybody deserves respect no matter the gender or setting. And as a mom, well I have to add that our kids — especially our young girls — need to know that their hard work, their achievements, their intelligence, their heart, are most important. And those things will not go unnoticed.”
The 50-year-old TV personality and Zubchevich have one daughter together and he has two sons from a previous realtionship. Prior their marriage in 2005, O'Dell was married Richard O'Dell from 1995 to 2004.
