NCIS: New Orleans came back with their third episode after a special two-hour season premiere saw many changes. After Hetty claimed she was the mole and escorted to Washington, the team was able to keep working but were down one person. Kensi is still in a coma after the helo crash and when he isn’t working, Deeks has been by her side.
The team’s first case without Kensi involves a kidnapping by a Marine Sergeant, which makes no sense since the victim has no criminal or terrorist ties. In order to help the team, Granger asks Nell to work with Deeks.
By the end of the episode, Deeks had a special scene with Kensi, which only ended in a bittersweet moment.
It’s safe to say a lot will happen this season and we are looking forward to the end of this mole storyline. Oh and of course, more Kensi and Deeks.
