Shia LeBeouf is not legally married to Mia Goth

So that Las Vegas ceremony between Shia LeBeouf and Mia Goth that took place earlier this week wasn't really a wedding and the couple is not married.

Clark County Nevada tweeted on Wednesday, Oct. 12, that there is no marriage license for the pair and their surprise affair at the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel was actually a commitment ceremony, not a wedding.

“Our records show no marriage license for Shia LaBeouf & Mia Goth. A commitment ceremony was performed #Vegas,” the tweet read.

We can't say we are completely shocked by this because we know LeBeouf has done quite a few things in the name of performance art and apparently this was another one of his performances.

As we reported, the actor and Goth live streamed what we all thought was their big day Monday afternoon. The two have been together on and off since 2012 and recently Goth was spotted wearing an engagement ring.
