Tori Spelling has announced that she and husband Dean McDermott are expecting their fifth child together!
“It was a total surprise,” the actress told People upon revealing the happy news. “But we always wanted a big family. I’m really excited.”
Spelling and McDermott are already parents to two girls Stella, 8, Hattie, 5 and two boys Liam, 9 and Finn 4.
“Dean was saying, ‘We just got Finn out of diapers; I thought we were in the clear!’” the 43-year-old Spelling joked. “For the first time this year, they’re all in school. So it’s like, wow. We’re basically starting over.”
The couple went through a very rough period a few years back after McDermott admitted to cheating. The drama played out on their reality show but now they have both moved past that and are looking forward to expanding their family.
“This baby happened at the best time,” Spelling said. “Nothing is ever perfect, but I’m so madly in love with my husband and with our kids. The idea of adding to that is such a blessing.”
