It looks like those reports about Tristan Thompson and Khloé Kardashian being engaged after two months of dating and planning a lavish wedding are not true.
In Touch Weekly sent the wheels of the rumor mill into overdrive when it published a report that Thompson proposed to the reality star and now they are planning their nuptials. The whole thing seemed a little fishy since the Cleveland Cavaliers forward is expecting a baby with another woman and Kardashian is still married to Lamar Odom. However, the story claimed that an insider said wedding bells would be ringing for the pair in 2017.
On Friday though, a source from Thompson's camp denied the engagement rumor and report that they want a televised wedding.
"A source close to Tristan Thompson tells ESPN the story re: his engagement to Khloe Kardashian/reality TV series is false on both counts," ESPN's Dave McMenamin tweeted.
So there you have it. The rumors did, however, make for some hilarious reactions during the day on Twitter.
