When Dr. Holt's hand starts developing a mind of its own, the romantic dinner meant to destress the handsome doctor turns into something Chanel doesn't expect in this episode of Scream Queens.
The next day at the C.U.R.E Institute, Dr. Holt meets a patient with an extra pair of arms and legs, but the doctor doesn't want to jeopardize the patient with a surgery. Munsch, however, insists that Dr. Holt perform the surgery, so the hospital gets good press. With Dr. Holt's hand acting up, would it be wise though?
Meanwhile, Chanel #3 approaches Dr. Cascade to take a psych test. The deadpanned Chanel wants a future with the “dead” doctor, but #3 needs to know his condition before planning out their future.
With her series of tests based on Cosmo, #3 determines that Dr. Cascade is alive. This whole time Dr. Cascade's assumption that he was dead kept him feeling those symptoms.
Nonetheless, #3 has kept certain test results from her new beau, like the conclusion that he has serial killer tendencies. When Chanel #5 asks #3 to turn Dr. Cascade in, #3 hesitates.
Unlike #3, Dr. Holt doesn't hesitate in wanting to chop off his evil hand. Yet, with the appearance of the Green Meanie, it turns out the doctor's transplant hand isn't so bad after all if it's going to save him from the serial killer.
With his killer hand, will Dr. Holt become the best surgeon or will he botch the job in an epic fashion?
Speaking of serial killer, Hester gives the okay for Chanel to still continue pursuing Dr. Holt, despite his evil hand, only because she knows the identity of the Green Meanie.
Chanel #5 points out the obvious as to why Hester just keeps on dropping hints of who the Green Meanie is, but Hester in turn inquires #3 why she doesn't say anything.
As #3 walks away, lo and behold Nurse Hoffel overhears the whole conversation. She, of course, reports this info to Dr. Cascade, who lets it slip that he's not killing #3. While the head nurse wants to kill off each Chanel one by one, Dr. Cascade is adamant about protecting his earmuff-wearing gal.
When both #3 and Dr. Cascade reveal their love for each other and what they know, #3 still wants Dr. Cascade to spare her friends. That's asking way too much when Nurse Hoffel has it in for the Chanels.
Thoughts to ponder until the next episode:
-Do you think Dr. Cascade has a motive for performing another hand transplant on Dr. Holt?
-Who do you think killed the writer for the journal?
-Why would Dr. Cascade not tell Chanel #3 more, other than to protect her? Since #3 didn't mention protecting #5, do you think #5 is the next victim?
