Soundtrack to Growing up w/Anna Kendrick, Bill Eichner and James Corden

The Late Late Show with James Corden takes on the Circle of Life.

James Corden mixes up it up with well-known pop songs as he, Anna Kendrick and Billy Eichner portray the musical journey of a woman's life from being born to giving birth, as they jam out to the soundtrack to growing up on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Monday, Nov 21. The sketch was created based on the idea that "life moves pretty fast and if you don't stop to look around you, you might miss it."

The sketch opened up with a birth scene in which Eichner sings Salt-and Pepper's "Push It." This leads to Kendrick being born and jumps straight into her singing Adele's "Hello." The sketch runs through 14 songs seamlessly. Corden even gets involved as he climbs through a window on the set and beings to sing Madonna's "Like a Virgin" in a duet with Kendrick. As the songs progressed the singers ran through the sets and even performed costume changes.

The sketch wrapped up with Alicia Key's "Girl on Fire" as the three sing together in front of the audience. During this song, Kendrick is shown as a working mother with her child.
