Officially released on YouTube through Vevo in Sept, the covers of this song have been adapted into personal reflections of the fans' taste. They have put their own twist on the song in order to make it their own, making them all "motherf**king starboy['s]."
"Starboy" debuted at No. 1 on Billboard and Twitter Top Track Chart (Oct. 8).
This song is a part of the The Weeknd's new style. When the song was released, it was after he deleted all of his pictures from Instagram and cut off his long locks. The singer has returned to social media since then. While this action shocked many, it seems that fans are pleased with his new sound. At least they're pleased enough to make their own covers of his new music.
