The actress who played daughter Cindy on The Brady Bunch has been fired from her job at a radio station in Los Angeles after she sent one of her guests a homophobic message.
Olsen debated several topics with openly gay actor Leon Acord-Whiting recently when he was on the show she co-hosts with Sheena Metal called Two Chicks Talkin’ Politics. After the two had a heated exchange on air, Acord-Whiting shared with the public a private message Olsen sent him via Facebook which read, “You are the biggest f—— in the world.”
He then released a statement calling on LA Talk Radio to fire the 55-year-old who he called a "Trump fanatic" that "can spew her idiotic lies unchecked."
The station then responded saying it "takes pride in its close and collaborative relationship with the LGBT community, and will continue to provide a home for those who have hopeful and positive messages of togetherness and tolerance to share with our listeners. We will not tolerate hateful speech by anyone associated with our radio station and have severed our ties with a host [Olsen] that veered off the direction in which we are going."
Since she was fired last week, Olsen has remained mum on the situation bit did tweet out a message Monday from Metal regarding the matter.
