The late Mary Tyler Moore who died Jan, 25, 2017, is now said to have had many health issues that contributed to the actress's death.

Moore suffered cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead at 2:15 p.m. last Wednesday in a hospital in Connecticut. She was taken off life support and had been hospitalized for months prior.

A death certificate provided by TMZ shows that the 80-year old had multiple health complications that caused her to suffer greatly leading up to her death, said her family.

Moore was said to have died of cardiopulmonary, in which the heart stops beating, but had many other health issues that caused this to happen. According to the death certificate, she had aspiration pneumonia, hypoxia (where there's a lack of oxygen provided to the tissues), and diabetes mellitus. The hypoxia is said to have caused her to go into cardiac arrest.

On Sunday Jan. 29,  Moore's funeral services were held at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Fairfield, Connecticut. Her closest friends a family attended the private burial which was later opened to the public for fans to gather and mourn the loss of the starlet.

Moore was a beloved comedic actress whose groundbreaking, Emmy-award winning series The Mary Tyler Moore show shined a light on gender inequality. She was also an activist and chairman for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
