When the team gets the case of Lieutenant Jay Nielsen, they try to figure out what could have happened to him since he was found floating in the ocean and he has thermal burns on his body. Since Sebastian is away at FLETC training to be an agent and Tammy is starting her first day as an NCIS agent, the team is going through changes as they work to solve the case.
Evidence leads the team to an oil rig since Nielsen’s boat was used to travel to that rig when he was away. Pride goes to investigate but whole he is gone, the rest of the team discovers their killer is on the rig. It becomes a fight for survival for Pride as the team tries to help him with no way of getting to him.
This was an intense episode that showcased how much Pride meant to his team, including Sebastian, who disobeyed orders so he could help his team and save Pride. Plus, with Tammy and Chris butting heads due to her now having to follow his orders since he has seniority, there were plenty of things happening as they tried to focus on rescuing their boss.
We have another week until a new episode airs but until then, check out the top ten moments from “Hell on the High Water.”
