Priyanka Chopra was rushed to the hospital Thursday night, Jan. 12 after sustaining an injury on the set of her show Quantico.

Sources from the Quantico set told TMZ that, while filming a stunt sequence, Chopra slipped and hit her head.  She is believed to have sustained a concussion from the fall.

Chopra plays former CIA agent and CIA operative-in-training Alex Parrish on the hit ABC show.  In a September interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she divulges about filming stunt sequences for the show.

"I do all of the stunts myself.  The action sequences really, really push me this time. I’m fighting numerous people together and it’s extremely challenging and so much fun to shoot."

The Quantico star was released from the hospital after being examined and is "resting comfortably"  at home, according to her rep.  It was also confirmed that Chopra will be back to work "after the weekend," as reported by E! News.
