Backup quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys Tony Romo and his wife Candice are pregnant with a their third bundle of joy!
Candice announced her pregnancy on KTCK 96.7 FM/1310 AM The Ticket Tuesday, Feb. 14, saying that she and her husband "will be expecting our third little Romo this August."
The couple have been married for five years and are already parents to their two sons, Hawkins, 4 and Rivers, 2.
The timing of the third pregnancy further puts the couple in limbo as Tony was out all of last season due to a back injury and Dak Prescott won the starting job.
The former Miss USA contestant had this to say about her husband's career and future. We "know as much as you guys" regarding the next move for Romo and that the possibility of relocating for a new team or even a new career altogether could be in the cards.
"We just don't know. There's so many variables and things that can take place that my mom has always said, 'You just don't cross that bridge until you get there.' And I just don't really worry about it until it comes." she said. "We're not really worried about it. We're just going to see it as it comes."
Candice, 30, even suggested Romo pursue Hollywood and become an actor, if he were to choose to retire from football. Candice who is the sister of actor Chase Crawford, has hinted at this career move for her husband.
"This is really crazy, but I think he'd be such a good actor," she revealed. "He's really more creative, I think. I don't know if we're going to be moving to L.A. any time soon to pursue this, but I really think he'd be good at it."
