Priscilla Presley has confirmed that her 8-year-old twin grandaughters are safely in her care, while previous reports indicated the girls were in protective state custody.
The grandmother, 71, cleared up rumors via a Facebook post, noting, "There is Lots of confusion, commotion and concern from all the talk circulating. Let me put this to rest... the girls have not been in foster care and never will be. The girls have been with me and will be until all this is sorted out."
In court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the daughter of Elvis Presley alleged that she is concerned about her children after discovering "hundreds of inappropriate photos" and "disturbing video footage" on her husband's computer.
Lisa Marie filed for divorce last June from husband Michael Lockwood and the pair have been in a heated divorce battle ever since. Lockwood is demanding monthly spousal support in the amount of $40,000 plus $100,000 in legal fees. Meanwhile, Presley has been in and out of rehab and claims she is nearly broke, according to The Associated Press.
