Pork is a big time party staple.  It is tasty, healthy and reasonably priced.  There are so many reasons to love it. Chef Richard Ingraham understands that idea, and with the support of the National Pork Board, offered a tasty recipe to try for the big game, or any get-together where you need to feed a lot of people without spending a lot of money.

Award-winning Chef Ingraham was trained at the Art Institute of Atlanta. He may be best known for being the private chef to basketball superstar Dwyane Wade (formerly of the Miami Heat, and now a member of the Chicago Bulls) since 2005, but his dishes have also wowed the culinary elite as well as former First Lady Michelle Obama. This passion for creating healthy meals for his clientele allowed him to build a network of Private Chefs called ChefRLI. These chefs serve a variety of celebrity and corporate clients, but do a lot of work for the NBA, NFL, and MLB.

Chef Richard Ingraham shares his favorite pork recipe, along with some interesting facts about the National Pork Board with TheCelebrityCafe.com.
