Mischa Barton was involved in an accident over the weekend when she crashed a U-Haul she was driving into an apartment building.
TMZ reported that on Saturday, Feb. 11, the actress was moving from her West Hollywood apartment to another residence and was transporting her belongings with a U-Haul truck she rented. According to the media outlet, Barton miscalculated what the height of the carport at her new building was and caused the crash when she drove the vehicle into the top of a support beam.
“The whole thing looks like it’s gonna fall through. Oh no, this is really bad. Everything I own is in this U-Haul,” a shaken up Barton was heard saying immediately after accident.
Despite the extensive damage to the moving truck, The Dancing With the Stars alum was not injured and did not require medical attention.
This news follows a bizarre episode that occurred at Barton's home late last month in which she was allegedly hanging over her backyard fence partially clothed and yelling about her mother being a witch, Ziggy Stardust and the world ending. The 31-year-old later said that her behavior was a result of someone drugging her drink during a party the night before.
