Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are reportedly pumping the brakes on their divorce.
A source confided to People that the 44-year-old actors, who have been separated since June of 2015, are calling off their divorce in the hopes of working things out.
"Jen has called off the divorce,” a source close to Garner said. “She really wants to work things out with Ben. They are giving things another try.”
The feeling was mutual and a decision agreed upon between the them. They pair share children Violet ,11, Seraphina 8 and Samuel 5.
“There is always a chance of reconciliation. They love each other. They also really, really love their kids and those kids love their parents", the source added.
Though Affleck and Garner separated almost two years ago they have spent lots of time co-parenting together, taking family vacations and even still living together.
“They want to keep the family together,” said the source.
Although there was a point in this separation that "Jen was telling friends that she plans on filing for divorce", the source confessed, but now it seems they've put that behind them to start fresh for the sake of their family.
The source also said, "they are not back together, but there seems to be hope. Jen is hoping they can stay married. Ben doesn’t want a divorce either."
