Kim Kardashian is finally opening up about the night she was robbed in Paris.

To no one's surprise the night became a prominent subject in promotional ads for her reality show, after all this is the 13th season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Before the airing of Sunday's episode, Kim took to Twitter to and discussed why she chose to speak out on the show.

"Tonight's episode is going to be very tough for me," she wrote. "However, I thought it was important to share this story through my eyes & not in an interview where my own words could be twisted."

The robbery, as well as the hospitalization of husband, Kanye West, led to Kardashian keeping a low profile for the remainder of 2016.
