It looks like the rest is starting to get written!
The news that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are expecting their first child marks the fourth Hills alum baby announcement in the past few months. The infamous couple join Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port, and Jason Wahler as the latest members of the former hit MTV series expecting their first children.
Conrad was the first to announce her pregnancy with husband William Teller in January, posting a photo to Instagram. Port's announcement followed shortly after, as she revealed her bump in an Instagram posting as well. Wahler revealed that his wife, Ashley, was also pregnant with a baby girl on the social media site just a couple weeks after Port.

Fourth main cast member, Audrina Patridge, gave birth to her first child in June of 2016. Of the other announcements, she told E! News, "It's awesome. We're all on the same page now. It's really cool. I congratulated Whitney. And Lauren, she's going to be such a good mom. I'm really happy for them. Being a mom is the best thing in the world so I'm really excited for them."
While we're loving the coincidence of our favorite reality stars pregnancies, it is safe to say that two of the women will not be scheduling playdates anytime soon.
Just last week marked 10 years since the iconic end to Conrad and Montag's friendship due to the supposed reveal of a sex tape between the former and Jason Wahler, a fight that led Conrad to utter the show, and reality TV's, arguably most famed line, "You know what you did!" It was later revealed that Pratt was indeed the one who spread the rumor in an attempt to damage Conrad's squeaky-clean reputation.
Now as four of The Hills icons are pregnant the same time, we decided to take a walk down memory lane and take a look at the cast then and now.
