Drake is the latest celeb to have his Southern Californa home burglarized, but he has sympathy for the thief who stole from him and doesn't want her prosecuted.
As we reported, police were called to the rapper's home earlier month and found a 24-year-old woman named Mesha Collins inside. The suspect allegedly stole and consumed a bottle of Pepsi, Sprite and Fiji water. However, TMZ noted that since Collins only took the beverages over jewels or other valuables, Drake's lawyer said he does not want to press charges.

Collins had initially been charged with felony residential burglary and her bail was set at $100,000.
Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Graham, believes that the woman has a mental illness and therefore doesn't feel that she should be jailed.
Of course, the D.A. cannot prosecute her without the "One Dance" artist's cooperation so it looks like she won't be punished for trying to quench her thirst on his dime.
