Mel B has now been granted her second restraining order relating to her pending divorce and domestic violence case against Stephen Belafonte, only this time the person ordered to stay away from her is the pair's former nanny.
TMZ has reported that Mel, whose full name is Melanie Brown, was granted the order as well as another court order which gives her lawyers access to a storage locker rented by Lorraine Gilles. Mel claims that Gilles is in cahoots with Belafonte and that the two have pictures in the locker of the singer that they planned on using to try and destroy her reputation. In addition to the photos, Mel also said that the locker contains sex tapes which Belafonte allegedly recorded without her knowledge.

Gilles is the same woman Mel B claims Belafonte got pregnant but later had an abortion. The America's Got Talent judge said in court docs that when she worked up the nerve to fire her, Belfonte went nuts and demanded that she hire Gilles back and give her a raise. Mel B also said that it was then that she learned that the nanny had sex tapes of the singer in her possession and that she and Belfonte would not hesitate to use them against her.
Under the orders Mel was granted, Gilles is not permitted to be within 100 years of the former Spice Girl and cannot remove any property from the rented locker.
Meanwhile, Belafonte was also ordered to stay away from Mel and to move out of their home last week after Mel B claimed that he physically and sexually abused her on several occasions.
Belafonte has denied those allegations.
