Mel B was granted a restraining order against her soon-to-be ex-husband, Stephen Belafonte, after making some serious and alarming accusuations that he abused her, forced her into having threesomes and got their nanny pregnant.
TMZ reported that attorneys for the America's Got Talent judge got the order on Monday, April 3. It prevents Belafonte from going near her order or her three children including the one daughter they share named Madison Brown Belafonte.

In her filing for the order, Mel B detailed terrifying instances of physical and sexual abuse dating back several years.
The singer alleged that Belafonte continued a pattern of physical violence punching and throwing her around every time she achieved any type of success in her career. She claims he would “beat me down to let me know he was in charge.” She also said that he forced her to "participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women" and secretly recorded the encounters. When she tried to refuse doing them, she says he threatened to release explicit tapes.
Mel B even claimed that Belafonte got their nanny pregnant and while he initially had an idea that she would have the baby and they would all live together, he later decided against that and made her have an abortion.
Another allegation Mel B made is that he has a firearm, which in his case is illegal since he has a prior conviction of domestic violence against another woman.
As the Daily Mail noted, the British star filed for divorce from him last month.
Belafonte has denied these allegations.
