The last episode of NCIS: Los Angeles found the team looking into the murder of a civilian engineer who was part of a team working on a project involving plans for Navy ships. When it it looks like a co-worker of his is on his way to Tokyo to sell the information, Callen and Sam are sent onto a plane in order to track him.
Things get testy for our agents when one of the flight attendants is killed and they must figure out how to stop the people involved without alerting passengers of the danger that is present.
Kensi and Deeks stay back in order to investigate at home. There are some sweet moments between them, including one in the morning when Kensi has gotten a good night’s sleep, and one hilarious one when a witness flirts with Deeks.
This episode showed a different perspective of the team taking down the bad guys with both Callen and Sam on the plane. Overall, it was a really neat episode to watch and see how the team still pulled together to solve the case and catch the bad guys involved.
