When a man named Victor Larmont is almost shot and killed while working at a club, the team finds out he had recently called in a tip that his wife, Rebecca, may have been selling Navy secrets to a forgein government. They investigate to see if there is anything to the claim. It is discovered she is dating a Cuban expatriate named Alonzo Raul and they have to go through different claims from the soon-to-be divorced couple as they accuse each other of either a crime or making up stories.
While Sam and Callen look into Rebecca, Deeks and Kensi go undercover at the club to get close to Victor and the owner, Perez. Kensi is hired as a dancer while Deeks works as a bathroom attendent. He is able to find evidence of a secret code being used to determine meeting locations.
This episode saw a different side to the characters as they worked to determine just who was involved in selling military secrets. Deeks got to have a dance lesson while Callen learned some bird facts thanks to Sam spending time with his daughter.
