Chris Brown has found himself in trouble with the law yet again after he was accused of punching a photographer outside a nightclub.

Early Monday morning, the singer was allegedly caught up in a fight in Tampa, Florida.

E! News has confirmed the reports that Brown was paid to appear at Club Aja where Bennie L. Vines, who the photographer for the evening, was punched by the singer.

When he took photos for the club, he reported that Brown punched him in the lip. But by the time police officers were called, Brown was out of sight. There were several witnesses, however, who caught the scene on camera before he fled.

After the assault, Club Aja released a statement about the fiasco.

It read, "Dear patrons: Incidents like the ones caused by Chris Brown and his team are very sad to see. As everyone witnessed he showed up to the club around 1:30 a.m. After only a few minutes of being there, Chris Brown himself and his team assaulted our club photographer and proceeded to walk out of the venue."

They continued to apologize for any inconveniences and thanked people for their support.

According to TMZ, Tampa Police Department confirmed they are investigating Brown for battery. In fact, Tampa PD posted a photo on Twitter of the reported incident.

"We are actively investigating an incident involving R&B singer Chris Brown," TampaPD wrote. "Here's what happened..."
