Queen Elizabeth II turned 91 late last week and Rihanna posted a series of photos to celebrate her birthday. Fans were angered by the photos the "S&M" singer posted because she photoshopped the Queen's head on her body.
The photo series were posted on Instagram. The first one featured the Queen rocking bad girl Ri Ri's green cookie monster coat and over-the-knee boots. She captioned the photo, "Be humble."
Fans weren't thrilled about this post. In fact, some were disgusted by Rihanna's audacity to post such a photo. And if they didn't like this one, they were sure to be upset with the second one.
Rihanna's second photo in the series featured the Queen again, only this time she was more revealed. Her head was photoshopped on Rihanna's body strutting in black thin heels, daisy dukes and a puffy red coat.
"Y'all chicks is ash and I'm lotion," the artist wrote. She even added the crying face emoji to let people know she found her posts hilarious.
Another photo featured the Queen sporting a sparkly bodysuit, shorts and an off the shoulder Gucci tank-top.
And by that point, people were livid. Fans started fighting with one another in her comments section. But this still didn't stop the singer. To make things worse, she posted two more in the series. One where Queen Elizabeth II was topless with a jacket and holding a 40-oz malt liquor bottle.
And last but not least, her final post might have been the most tame. The Barbadian icon said, "Haters will say it's photoshop."
Although some fans were livid, some also found the photo montage to be funny. There's no update as to whether or not the Queen was amused, but Rihanna surely was.
