With recent airline horror stories flying around the internet, it’s rare to hear about something heartwarming happening on the sky’s highways. But Delta Airlines was up to the challenge.
On Saturday, April 22, flight attendants asked passengers on Flight 1558 from Tampa to San Francisco to donate to Relay for Life. Kenny G was apparently inspired by the idea and offered to help out.

Kenny told the cross-country travelers that if they could raise $1,000 he would perform during the flight. The passengers quickly raised $2,000 and Kenny walked sultrily up and down the aisles while playing his sax.
According to Fox 29, one passenger said, “He performed and it was just an amazing moment. So awesome of him to do that so randomly, and for such a great cause.”
