Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by his former personal chef who claims that the producer had her serve him post-coital meals while he was still undressed.
People noted that Diddy's former full-time cook, Cindy Rueda, filed court papers on Monday, May 8, against the rap mogul for sexual harassment.
Rueda alleges that she was “regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to prepare and serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while Mr. Combs and/or his guests were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.”
She also claimed that she went into Diddy's bedroom to find “Mr. Combs was naked and made comments about his body” and even asked her if “she was attracted to or liked his naked body.”
After complaining about the alleged incidents to those in the rap mogul's inner circle, Rueda says was framed by one of his associates for stealing a watch. She then alleged that she was told if she signed an exit agreement waiving all rights to sue Diddy she would not be prosecuted, but she said she never signed it and was terminated soon after.
Diddy's rep told TMZ that "This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause."
