CBS has renewed two more shows for the 2017-2018 season. The Amazing Race and Elementary will both officially be making a comeback.
The modern day Sherlock Holmes drama, Elementary, debuted in 2012 and will be entering it's sixth season. The show is the lowest rated scripted series that CBS has renewed so far, receiving a 1.2 rating in adults 18-49 this season, according to Variety. There is a possibility that the new season may be shortened down from its usual 24 episodes.

Elementary stars Jonny Lee Miller as Sherlock Holmes alongside co-stars Lucy Liu, Aidan Quinn, Jon Michael Hill, John Noble and Nelsan Ellis.
The Amazing Race, the long-lived reality competition show, will be entering it's 30th season. The show first aired in 2001 and has earned 15 Emmys over the years. The show is typically renewed for two installments per year, but for the first time since the show's debut, CBS has only renewed one, according to Deadline.
Hosted by Phil Keoghan, the show follows multiple teams as they race around the world.
CBS's announcement of these renewals came following the cancellation of 2 Broke Girls as well as the short lived sitcom The Great Indoors.
