Kim Zolciak-Biermann has given an update on her 4-year-old son after the child was hospitalized late last month with serious injuries from a dog bite.
The reality star appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and discussed how little Kash has been doing.

“He’s doing awesome. He's doing great," she said and then revealed some truly wonderful news. "He actually has perfect vision in both eyes, which is all we care about. The rest we can fix!”
As we reported, Zolciak-Biermann was set to appear on the show two weeks ago but canceled when Kash was hospitalized.
She shared an emotional picture of her son lying in a hospital bed and thanked everyone for their love and prayers then.
While the Don't Be Tardy star couldn't not speak at this time about the owner of the dog that bit Kash or exactly how it happened, she did talk about how much her son loves animals and may be a veterinarian one day.
“He’s an animal lover — I could see him being a vet at some point, that’s how much he loves dogs [and] cats,” she said.
We're glad to hear that Kash is doing well!
