A few weeks ago, Kim Zolciak-Biermann's 4-year-old son, Kash, was seriously injured and hospitalized after being bitten by a dog and now she has shared the first photo of his injury with the public.
The reality star appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen earlier this week and reported that Kash is doing well now and most importantly "has perfect vision" in his eye where he was bitten.

On Tuesday, Zolciak-Biermann shared the first picture of her little boy's injury and thanked everyone for their well wishes and prayers for Kash as he recovers.
"Kash and our entire family want to Thank each and everyone of you for all your prayers!" she captioned the photo of her son. "Kash has healed up incredibly and has perfect vision in his left eye. Stitches on his water line and his eyeball was never touched! God is Good! We are so incredibly thankful and blessed! In no time he will heal up perfectly and you will never know this happened!"
She also thanked the team of physicians and surgeons for helping Kash.
At this point Zolciak-Biermann and her family are likely taking legal action against the owner of the dog because she made it known that she has been "advised" not to reveal who the owner is or speak about how the incident even happened.
