On the list of TV shows that deserve a reboot, Roseanne has always been at the top of that list. It seems that comedian Roseanne Barr feels the same.

On Friday, EW confirmed that a revival of the blue-collar 90s sitcom was in the works. For the time being, no official deals have been made and the project is still being shopped around.

Deadline reported that Barr, John Goodman, Sara Gilbert and Laurie Metcalf are all interested in returning to the show, which would be a limited eight-episode series.

In response to the recent hype, Barr commented on Twitter that “Of course I want to do a reboot of Roseanne- new political reality in our country will make for some great jokes!”

Barr also let fans know that as soon as the show has been confirmed, she will let us know.
