Rapper Travis Scott was arrested and charged for allegedly inciting a riot following his concert in Arkansas over the weekend.
CBS News reported that Scott, whose real name is Jacques Webster, was arrested at the Walmart Amphitheater in Rogers, Arkansas, after authorities say he encouraged concertgoers to push past security and come up on stage with him.
“During the concert, Webster encouraged people to rush the stage and bypass security protocols,” Keith Foster, Public Information Officer for the Rogers Police Department, told People. “During the rush to the stage several people were injured, including an employee from the security company hired to help monitor and control the crowd and a member of the police department. The injured subjects were treated at the AMP by members of the Rogers Fire Department and Mercy Medical."
Once Scott exited the stage, he was arrested by awaiting officers and taken to the Benton County Detention Center around 11:15 p.m. He was charged with endangering a minor, disorderly conduct and inciting a riot.
This isn't the first time Kylie Jenner's boyfriend has been arrested for disorderly conduct after telling his fans to rush the stage. As we reported, he was charged with that in 2015 as well following his Lollapalooza performance in Chicago.
