We've reached mid-week and we've survived the week far enough to enjoy what's new tonight on TV.

In between watching the New York Yankees and Chicago Cubs Division Championship games, it's been hard to watch new shows, so I am totally behind on everything. I snuck in The Flash and will be watching Riverdale tonight (thank you MLB app!).

Wednesday night has a great rhythm at this point, with just two new shows so far. Dynasty premiered last week with only 1.3 million viewers, losing half the Riverdale audience for that series-high premiere.

As I mentioned last week, if you missed the Riverdale premiere you can watch on The CW app or website - both are free. It's not on Netflix or HULU.

Not sure what else is on? Here's the list of what's new tonight on TV:

ABC has The Goldbergs, Speechless, Modern Family, American Housewife and Designated Survivor.

Over on CBS we get Survivor, SEAL Team and Criminal Minds.

Both Empire and Star are new on FOX.

Then on NBC it's The Blacklist, Law & Order: SVU and Chicago P.D.

The CW has new Riverdale and Dynasty.

Spike has a new The Shannara Chronicles, which did not premiere well at all, dropping 500,000 viewers from when it was on MTV. (some guides are still showing it's on MTV, which may be part of the problem.)

Syfy has a new Channel Zero.

HULU has season two of Freakish and episode four of Chance.

FXX has a new episode of You're the Worst.
