Stranger Things Season 3, the continuation of one of Netflix’s most popular original offerings, is delayed until summer of 2019.

Netflix previously dropped a tongue-in-cheek teaser for the third season of the science fiction series, masquerading as a commercial for the Starcourt Mall, “coming next summer.”

The delay was been confirmed by Cindy Holland, Netflix’s vice president of original content, on Sunday. “It’s a handcrafted show. [Executive producers] The Duffer brothers and Shawn Levy have worked really hard, and they understand the stakes are high. They want to deliver something bigger and better than what they did last year. And so they really want to take the time to get it right.”

Joining the cast of season three is Cary Elwes as Mayor Kline, described by Deadline as “handsome, slick and sleazy… your classic 80s politician — more concerned with his own image than with the people of the small town he governs.” Of course, Cary Elwes is best known for playing knight-in-pirate’s-armor Westley in 1987’s The Princess Bride. Also joining the cast is Jake Busey as Bruce, a journalist for The Hawkins Post with “questionable morals and a sick sense of humor.”
