Call of Duty: WW2 drops its latest DLC pack called 'Shadow War'
Call of Duty: WW2 comes out with the fourth DLC pack called Shadow War, available as a timed exclusive for the PS4. Three new multiplayer maps, a new War Mode mission and the conclusion to the Nazi Zombies storyline are included with a little more added on top.
The ever-popular Zombies mode in Call of Duty finishes up its storyline. In the final chapter of Nazi Zombies called The Frozen Dawn, players will go up against a lurking threat in the depths of a lost city. There are also some new weapons that are considered to be the most powerful yet.
The three new multiplayer maps take place in major enemy locales. Airship is based in the Alps where players fight for control of a docked Zeppelin. Chancellery takes place in France where you have to seize control of the strongholds courtyard. Excavation features a battle over priceless art and gold in a mine in Algeria. The Call of Duty franchise has become the measuring stick for online play. These new maps add to the game's depth.
Call of Duty: WW2's new War Mode mission is called Operation Arcane. Set deep in the Austrian mountains, players will infiltrate a secret facility, steal secrets, and destroy classified alien technology.
If you do not own a copy of Call of Duty: WW2, I think now would be a good time to get one.
Shadow War is available as part of the season pass or for individual purchase. However, if you don't have Shadow War, you get to partner with a friend who owns season pass for free now until October 28.
