Netflix announced Monday that GLOW, their hit new show about the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, has been renewed for a third season.
What’s next for the Gorgeous Ladies? According to series creators Liv Flahive and Carly Mensch, Vegas. Before the official season 3 renewal, Flahive and Mensch let people in on their plans during the Television Critics Association summer press tour, according to TVline: “Exploring Vegas, you know, fully is our plan.”
When we last left off, the ladies of GLOW were taking their fights on the road following the sudden cancellation of the television show. After club owner Ray offers them a spot, they’re eager to soak up Vegas for all it’s worth.
GLOW presents the '80s as seen through the Gorgeous Ladies’ eyes, including the trials and tribulations of acquiring fame through television. It netted several nominations for this year’s Emmys, including Outstanding Comedy.
