The new season of Tekken will debut veteran fighters of the series as well as a surprising new inclusion: Negan, the evil leader of the Savior community from The Walking Dead.

Katsuhiro Harada, director of the Tekken series, made the announcement alongside game designer Michael Murray. After the game’s grand finals came to a close on Sunday at Evo 2018, Harada and Murray announced a new season of characters coming for Tekken 7.

We don’t see any combat in the announcement trailer for Negan, but his gameplay will almost certainly include using Lucille, the bat wrapped with barbed wire that became his symbol during the sixth series of the show. Unlike other fighters, we only see a silhouette of Negan as one of his catchphrases plays; “Little pig, little pig! Let me in.”

Other notable additions include Anna Williams and Lei Wulong, long-time veterans of the series. There are still three characters yet to be announced by the look of the trailer, which you can check out below.
